I really hope Morey still looks out for a wing, SF/PF off the bench. Seeing how Capela continues to play and Nene showing up big, we are set at center and Sanders was never really necessary. Glad Morey showed patience, but we do need another guy off the bench because Dekker is not ready. Not his fault, but we are not really running plays which involve a lot of cutting and as a stretch guy he's not that useful. Anyone out there we can get? Scola to fall back on would be my choice or get Scola + a wing.

So, we can scratch him off the list.

At this point we should focus on another big that can move his feet like Looney and a shooting guard. Offer Darius Miller the MLE or try to get Seth Curry

R J Hunter will also be available.

35% from 3 in G-league last year. Lol. Sure Morey is looking at him as well.

plan b, run it back with less role players than we had last year because we're too capped out to sign anyone and pray for FA buyouts again to save our season.

CP3 gets injured 2 weeks into the season. Harden is frustrated this time and won't avg 40ppg because he knows he'll never win another MVP because of media bias.

Harden demands trade before deadline and ESPN ***** on the Rockets daily until Morey is forced to make a move because Tilman's fragile ego is embarrassed by the national scrutiny.

We're stuck paying a disgruntled CP3 who wants out but no one wants that horrible contract so we're forced into mediocrity for the next half decade.

Carroll, young and even Kaminsky better be on this list

The state of the rockets is weird

If we run it back and keep rivers and house, can we get one of those first 2? And if we get butler can we get young and kaminsky cheap to round out the roster?

Even if we strike out on butler, I wonder if there still is a scenario where we could Trade capela to Boston along with this years first round pick for Jaylen Brown. Then call the cavs and see what it would cost for Kevin Love. Maybe a three team deal including Eric Gordon. Gordon for a 1st this year and a rockets future 1st for Love.

    Starting 5 of
    CP3
    Harden
    Jaylen Brown
    Love
    Looney? Or McGee?

Or you could have a small ball starting 5 with tucker at the 4 and love at the 5. Team would still have some solid depth.
