McGrady's probably going to be gone before the deadline, in the summer even. His 23 mil expiring contract is priceless. Cook has a player option that hopefully we will buy out.
I think what Morey mean is that he will resign Ron with a fair price only. But if Ron accepts a lower price, will he sign with the Rockets? the Rockets doesn't seem to be a championship candidate with Yao and a mentally injured TMac at all.
