What if, for example, it's beyond the point of disagreement and if you have claimed to not only disagree but also to HATE what they believe in.

Disagreement and hatred are very different things. Unless you believe that there is no difference between hating someone's beliefs and disagreeing with them?

Don't you hate that they are Muslims, since you hate Islam?
