    No way.

At least it must be a first round pick for 2006 or 2007.

I'm not from Houston but I've heard he's a fan favorite, so why so many of you hate him? B/c of his hair?

There's no team option on Moochie's contract according to Patricia's site. It goes through to 2007

As for Vin Baker, he signed a 2 year contract in 2004 with a player option for 2005, so he may not come off the books this offseason after all.

    you know what?

i think it was just the shock of seeing moochie and vin baker's names at first.

now that i think about the salaries and allthat, this trade isn't too bad. we get mo off the books, and in two years we'll have some wiggle room. yeah we don't get to see another 1st rounder, AGAIN, but it'll be nice to finally see the rockets CUT moochie.. they are going to cut him right?

If he's not coming off the books after this year, this trade sucks.

And the Spurs made out like bandits adding another decent BIG body.

Knicks just have a whole roster of PFs now. WTF

If both contracts expire next year , then I guess its an OK trade.

Vin Baker can actually play pretty well, as long as he controls his "off the court" problems .
