Didn't the Spurs win 2014 NBA finals?

Gotta agree with MDA here. I know everyone is super afraid of injuries, but this team needs to maintain their rhythm. Not so easy to “just turn it on” like a light switch. Play hard, let the chips fall where they may.

As for "rest" keep in mind the team is playing at the slowest pace of any team in the league now. Harden's overall minutes are at their lowest point. He has already sat/rested for 2 games after ASB. (and could again in the LAL/SAC grouping).

Really feel it is important that this team maintain their momentum. They don't have seasons of experience together like the Spurs and Warriors to reference. They have this season. The "edge", the "hunger" and "sense of urgency" is a HUGE component of how they have won as many games this year. It is important to maintain that.

The whole "rest" thing.....I mean, "how much is too much?" Right now people are pissing their pants scared of injuries. But you can't play scared.

It is almost like this board would play RJ Hunter, Quarterman, Johnson, Qi and Black for an entire game. Lose all of their remaining games. Then likely come out cold in the playoffs and this board would then switch from "#TeamRest" to "why aren't these guys playing like they did before?" #TeamRhythm.

There has been too much of an "over correction" on the "rest" argument. It is about "balance." Ease up people.
