From 2007 to 2016, these are the teams who've made it to the Western Conference Finals: San Antonio Spurs - 5 times Oklahoma City Thunder - 4 times Los Angeles Lakers - 3 times Golden State Warriors - 2 times Memphis Grizzlies - 1 time Dallas Mavericks - 1 time Denver Nuggets - 1 time Utah Jazz - 1 time Phoenix Suns - 1 time Houston Rockets - 1 time In 10 years, 10 teams in the West have made it past the 2nd round. And keep in mind, there are a grand total of 15 teams in the Conference. So getting to the WCF a single time in the span of a decade is no great accomplishment. And BTW, if you extend that window back to 2000, every team in the West has made the WCF with the exception of the Clippers(who've never gotten past the 2nd round) and the Pelicans(who didn't even exist til 2002 when they relocated from Charlotte). That's how pathetic this organization has become. They have so few accomplishments since the title years(which Les had almost nothing and Morey had absolutely nothing to do with) that they have to make up these silly metrics and pass them off as achievements. And they can't even get those right.

The main thing I got from it is that the Media is going to love him. We'll see how he uses that. I turned it off when Les starting yelling at the media
Leslie Alexander says ppl give us a bad rap. We are the third most winning team last 10 years. I'm upset about the rap James got. Media was putting him down and that's wrong.
we have some weak reporters. If I was reporting I wouldn't sugarcoat crap. ask him the tough questions us rockets fans want to hear.
