It just seems to me that the front office is suffering from a case of dementia. Why would they hope Ron Jeremy got bounced? Ron would not hand out playing time to those that did not deserve it. This might be a SCHOCKER to Morey, but most coaches and aspiring head coaches have pride. They don't take it well when they are told which players to play. All coaches, new or old, think like the Fuhrer. If they're worthy to play, they will eventually play. In any case, we dodged a bullet, don't like mike brown. I'm still liking the idea of morey's Ipad to do the coaching though.

Obviously, he did not want to coach a star-less Rocket team or coach until we get one or like Adelman wanted to play for wins and did not want to take a step back to go forward. At least we will find out next week who the coach is more than likely.
Title should be changed. The rockets never offered him a job, so Brown has nothing to reject. He withdrew himself from consideration

This is what people say when they've been quietly rejected for a job. Or never had a sniff at it, but they need to boost their resume.

Agreed 100%. I think that he was offended that we had been interviewing EVERYBODY and never contacted him. It was clear that Morey wasn't interested.
