    Found the opening accusing Trump of being a con man, a cheat, and a racist to be an odd combination. Con man makes sense because it speaks to his corruption, which would be criminal. A cheat makes sense because it speaks to how he undermined the electoral process, which would be criminal. But why racist? Of course, it's not good to be racist, but why did this accusation make the Big 3?

    Yeah right. :rolleyes:

    I'm not following in real time, but my understanding is that Cohen is accusing Trump of breaking campaign finance law. So, I don't think you're right here.

    Honestly it's the only defense they have. Discredit the witness. They have zero ammo to address the allegations/evidence.

    They are really screwed here. Like, so, so screwed.

    I am guessing jordan was never taught, don't ask a question you don't know the answer to... eg who paid his expenses to be at the hearing. An even dumber look... asking what cohen's income will be when he is going to prison. Dumb... just dumb.

    The Republican argument in this hearing basically is stating if we had a hypothetical mob boss who has associates who also committed criminal violations, none of the mob bosses' associates can be used as witnesses.

    So the key trick I guess here is if you are a crime lord, surround yourself with criminal associates because none of them can be witnesses.
