    Sure, Rudy, sure.

    You're mixing fact and law. The law is that "I did it all the time" can't keep you from getting to a jury, as a matter of law..but I'll gladly take this up again when United States v. Trump reaches the jury phase.

    In all seriousness, I have zero idea what you are saying in your last paragraph. I have a pretty good working knowledge of the fact versus law distinction. All criminal defendants have a constitutional right to a jury. I was simply saying it provides a defense.

    fortunately for miss hicks this only indicates that she was involved via phone calls, texts, and emails not necessarily present "in person" during the discussions.

    That would be an interesting legal questions... she obviously was involved with the conversation and at least was aware of the conversations. If you saw her testimony, her "out" was that the conversations happened during the conversation. Which we now know there were.
