John Stockton would still be better than all those guys.

BREAKING NEWS UPDATE: Rick Brunson also came to terms for a 2 year agreement and should be competing with Recasner, Chalmers and Arroyo for starting Point Guard duties.

Would have been awesome had the Heat got Dirk instead of Chris.

Dirk instead of Bosh ey? The team would be completely different, they'd need a legit center all the much more. But they could also be way more deadly.

Cuttino Mobley shouldn't be too far behind.

Dirk on the Heat instead of Bosh would have been very, very interesting. They would lose some post presence, but would actually become even more un-guardable. It might have actually worked out better in the sense that the lane would be not be as clogged for Wade and LeBron to penetrate, and get to the free throw line. And, they would be virtually unstoppable from the perimeter with Dirk nailing those fadeaway shots from 17'. Also, that would have opened things up for Houston a little more in terms of acquiring Bosh, but I digress......

Charlie Ward and Chris Childs. I can see it now.
