Dude. How can you not get us a photo? You know we're always on #MuscleWatch with Capela every offseason! Added 15 lbs of muscle last off season. & I think Clutch not too long ago said it looked like Capela is already hitting the weights hard this off season. Looks swoll +6-8lbs...
