    That should be our new uniform just say Rockets all the way across. Way more distracting than fans during free throws.

    i was thinking how crazy it is that another melo thread is already up to 720+ posts, then i saw the old thread back on the 1st page and didn't remember that beast being 13,000! all for a guy who ended up being awful.

    and for a guy who will be awful-er if we get him now.

    For Melo it is because he's a player who's strength is scoring. Paul George got touches and 147Ms, Jerami Grant doesn't need the ball and Felton is the back up PG.

    Melo will actually get an opportunity to thrive in Houston.

    melo is all the talent of anderson with a chemistry-destroying ego to go with it. anderson was cool chilling on the bench and occasionally ending alex len's career. melo thinks he needs 15 shots and doesn't need to play defense.

    I'm not a Melo fan....

    but if you can make him fit moneywise without giving up a major piece (JH, CP3, CC, EGo) you court him hard. Guarantee him the starting job... roll the dice.

    How did Morey term it "high risk options" to pull ahead of the GSW...

    I wasnt wild about giving Harden his superubermax contract when the last game played was game 6 vs SA...
    Still leary of 4/160 to an aging injury prone CP3...
    Really not wild about adding Melo's ego to the locker room...

    but hell, we're swinging for the bleachers!

    Let's run it back...

    If GG can light it up straight from the couch you better believe Melo isnt shooting 1-18 next to CP and Harden. Plus he gives us midrange versatility. He would fit like glove on offense. We embrace chuckers.

    On the defensive side... if we resign Moute we can go stretches with him and PJ

    Give us Carmelo Daryl. It will be light in the tunnel against GSW
