I hope you are not the one your family and friends look to for solutions when the shyte hits the fan. Bad things will happen. You always have 3 choices: 1. Let it define you 2. Let it destroy you 3. Use it to strengthen you
Ariza left Houston. Mbah a Moute left Houston. LeBron chose Los Angeles over Houston. Chris Paul worked hard to recruit LeBron, but LeBron's wife didn't want to be in Houston. Clearly the problem is Houston. So: We're all agreed, five games into the season, that the Rockets need to leave Houston, right?
I think if we all agree to start eating In N Out Burger, screw up real estate prices, and turn all of the Houston white collars into wannabe musicians and actors, we could really pull off the LA vibe and start attracting more NBA stars. Git r done Morey. Bonus points if one of our players is caught spitting on another player on video and we steadfastly deny it because the other player "deserved it".
I'd say both need to go. Not because i don't like them or respect their body of work or skill level or what they've done for us, but because i feel like they're the kind that get you very close but can never close the deal. Throughout history, championship teams made those tough decisions to get a new coach or GM to put them over the top. Hell, our very own history is the same way. https://www.chicagotribune.com/news/ct-xpm-1992-02-19-9201160456-story.html ROCKETS DON`T BLAME CHANEY, BUT STILL FIRE HIM Don Chaney, the NBA coach of the year in 1991 whose team was struggling this season, was fired by the Houston Rockets on Tuesday. Assistant Rudy Tomjanovich, who played 11 seasons for the Rockets and is one of two Houston players to have his number retired, was named interim head coach. ''You can`t fire the team and something had to be done,'' owner Charlie Thomas said. ''Once you see that things are deteriorating, you have to do something. I`m not blaming Don Chaney. Everyone is accountable and that includes me.''
Hopefully this ridiculous thread dies a quick and horrible death. The OP didn't bother to at least throw in "neither" for balance. It's like how many times have you committed armed robbery??? Options are "1, 2 or 3".
I think coach has got the most out of Harden that anyone could. He took an all star and turned him into an MVP. DM has a plan of action (I don’t agree with mortgaging the future —> over pay of Paul on a long contract & 4 pick for a Tomball Jimmy). DM has a successful track record, who am I to judge. Both should go down with the ship OR win championships
McGrady, Yao Ming, Harden, Chris Paul. How many rings have DM won with those hof players? Heck, how many finals did he reach?
Mcgrady allways injured.2008 was a great chance and Yao was out against Utah Yao 2009 was our best chance and he broke his leg. 2008 he also was injured in the playoffs Harden last season we had it and Paul gets injured Paul see Harden Morey gave this team every chance
This just displays how brutal the West is and was and will be. I also dun think Leslie Alexander and Morey were the best tandem to work together. Yet Morey stuck around. He gets a medal for being close to making the Finals.
Well, maybe Keith Jones should be fired after all And to be honest i get a feeling we always get those 1-2 stars but surround them with hot garbage. Last year was an exception but they blew it up in offseason
