This is really bad for LAC. Their defense was great because they funneled it into DJ. Without him or any other center since they're all gone, they are going to suffer.

i think wesley matthews is an awful contract, but i also think that they are on the road to being better than they were last year. maybe not a ton, but still improved.

Were the Clippers not willing to offer a max deal?

daam sorry clipper fans :( . unless parsons oor matthews turn into a 1st option, which is highly unlikely, they're still an average team. a bucnh of 3rd options with no pg to set them up for good shots.

Harden is going to have a difficult time against them.

Hearing an S&T is in the works.

Monta to IND. Hibbert to LAC. Jordan to DAL.

They don't have any money to do it. The sky is not falling. Stop panicking.

Thank God. The Clippers were killing us with Jordan for years. This should kill them and only make the Mavs a little better.

Harden figured out the Clippers down the stretch. The whole "DeAndre owns Harden and shuts him down every time" narrative is a little overblown at this point.

I agree with you. The Mavericks are making good strides to get back into serious playoff contention. We can try to make this seem like a big deal, but it is; Deandre is first team all d. However, I still think we should be considered the favorites to win this division. We are most likely going to retain a team that made it to the WCF and is shelved with depth.

That's how I see it. The Clippers are toast. They're a fringe playoff team now. The Mavs will improve, but barely. They still have a ton of question marks. Matthews coming off of a devastating injury. Parsons coming off of knee surgery. Dirk is 37. Jordan going from playing with the CP3 to....Barea? Felton? Who's the PG for the Mavs? Who's their bench too now that Aminu is gone and Amare may sign elsewhere?
