    Can't start higher than 14.75 right? Probably 3% increases. We will match, but it's too bad he is gonna sign day 1 really handcuffs us, better move fast.

    It's also my understanding that the cap hold immediately increases as soon as he signs!

    At 15 mil per, I'm not so sure I'd match that. I anticipated we'd have to overpay a little bit, but that's outrageous. What wings out there are FA's?
