And we can just make Ariza a starter for the playoffs.

His career playoff numbers are amazing!

I hope you're right, Ariza hasn't been dependable or durable in his career, expecting him to be Parson's replacement is foolish at best.

I hope we match. I don't like the contract, but I rather have an Ariza/Parsons combo and hope Morey has something else up his sleeve.

Andray Blatche is another player we should go after IMO

They do if you're not comparing them to the tape Jordonnn. Just like people are saying Trevor is better than Parsons because of his stats.

The same arguments and stats you make for the Rockets _ can be said by other teams but coaching and style of play is different and that's what separates.

You can punch your numbers till your fingers fall off but we still lost in the 1st round and we had the bigger star players. So your stat sheet is as useful as toilet paper.

lol keep living in the Stone Age if you like.

You will find many, many, many more people agree with me than you if you asked.

My last post summed it up.

Top 10 in offensive efficiency and top 10 in defensive efficiency. You can look back from year to year and find that the very best teams of that season were top 10 in both. They all played differently. Different styles, paces, strategies, shot distribution and none of that matters as long as the end result puts you in the top 10.

The Rockets are very much on there way. Their offense is already where it needs to be. The defense was close, but fell to shambles towards the end of the season and into the playoffs.

Rockets w/o changes wouldve paid $31mil cash in '14-15 on Asik, Lin, Parsons. If match CP, will spend $23.3mil on CP,Ariza + ? on others

I don't understand this. Without changes, does that mean that if we had Parsons for another year under a million dollars? If you said no changes to roster but still had to match Parsons, that would have been 45mil in payments for Lin, Ask and Parsons

If we are concerned about Alexander's willingness to pay Parsons, let's not forget that we were able to get rid of two 15 million dollar payments to both Ask and Lin.

Oh, okay. So they're punting on 2014 with James Harden and Dwight Howard on the roster? WTF?
