Last year or so we’ve had quite a few Murry haters come out of the wood work and make their “insightful” opinions known about the man’s work. The believers have been drowned out by the armchair GMs that somehow believe Maurry has been doing a bad job. Well in the Thread I’d like us to **** on those shortsided posters…Post your favorite Maurry hate quote and let us ridicule the poster I’ll start..
Unless he pulls off whatever the hell he is doing...still call him a fail I like the 18th pick trade though
All HAIL DM the GM! He hath turned Bud into Flower. WMCJ nets #18. MOREY MOREY MOREY MOREY WHAT, not Pauly Shore-y, but Daryl More-y!
As I said a 1,000 times, Maurry try many things and accomplished nothing win it comes to putting a consistent winning team on the floor. There is zero evidence to support his greatness as a GM, he's 1 trillion on the TRY Meter. We are now on our 3rd Coach, we've traded everyone twice, and still zip zero nada finite. Does he have pics of Les with 2 monkeys, a zebra, and giraffe.
Hey, David Stern is a member of the BBS! Stern, why u no give us 1st pick in draft? We would have all chipped in and bought the Hornets if we knew that's what it was going to take!
I am still a Morey fan (rare these days), but let's wait until he pulls something off before we hail him anymore.
Morey "hater" (not really, I don't hate anyone) reporting in for appreciation. After all the dust settles, all of us will be even more appreciated, because proposing deals is not the same as "making" deals. Look, even a blind squirrel gets a nut every now and then. No body will be happier if something wonderful happens. This team is so in need of an infusion of talent. I wish Morey great success. I am certain we all do. We are Rocket's fans.
People are quick to label others as haters. People call me a Morey hater because I think he should be fired in a year if he doesn't hit a home run. But, I'm not a hater. I think he's a really good GM and I think he has a decent shot (and better than most) of hitting that home run. I'm definitely rooting for him to succeed, and looking forward to a long tenure with Morey in the front office and a superstar franchise player contending for championships. It's just that sometimes, failure has to be punished.
