I actually liked it a lot. Oscar Isaac is great in this and the pacing was really great for a first episode. Spoiler I was actually surprised they showed Moon Knight that quickly. Thought it would get drawn out until next episode or 3rd.

I had no expectations, but enjoyed it. Wasn't paying "edge of my seat" close attention at times and had to rewind to figure out what the hell was going on...not a complaint, but it was a pretty weird show.
I thought it was fine; it didint really hold my attention. First episode didn't make me want to see what was going to happen next. I felt nothing for Ethan Hawk as the villain. The trailers didn't make me want to see this one.
At the end of ep 2, Oscar Issac opens some curtains, and you'd think he was trying to rip open a hole in the universe. Relax, bro.
This show has been weird. Some good stuff going on but the fight scenes have been a little flat. The directors are known for their indie sci-fi movies and not action, so they should have gotten better fight choreographers. Moon Knight is a fist fighter, you can do better, guys. I have enjoyed the Indiana Jones type scenes and callbacks immensely. Anyway, interesting breakdown of Episode 4:
Episode 4 is my most favorite so far. One part Indiana Jones homage + one part Lost homage. The show isn't as perfect as say Loki but it's still up there. Isaac's acting is pretty much carrying the show and I'm here for it.
I agree on Isaac’s acting. He’s hitting it out of the park and now I see why Marvel hired a lead with so much range. Looking forward to the third sarcophagus opening.
My main gripe about this show is that the main characters are bloody idiots (no! I dun wanna fight!...no! I dun wanna run away from bloody killers! Tell me nao!!) because dying isn't real to the showrunners. That and the wife looks average. The insane asylum bit give me Assassin's Creed vibes. I get the feeling the middle of the show deals with a gimped super hero who's his own worst enemy. Will hit snooze until the last 2 eps.
Quite enjoying this series. One of the reasons, I think, is that it takes me away from the Marvel Universe (even though that's where it's set). The other Marvel TV Shows, I kept thinking at the back of my mind, "I wonder which superhero is going to come in and make a guest appearance?". Moon Knight takes me away from that, and for me it's a positive. Plus, not knowing anything about this character or any of the comic books storylines helps as well.
episode 5 was the best episode, but moon knight wasn't even in it. This is supposed to be a damn Moon Knight show and he is barely in it. I didn't care for episodes 1-4. I just watched a recap of episodes 3 and 4 because I dont care about the plot at all. Oscar deserves some hardware for this episode. The acting was great. is anyone even watching this thing? It too me until today to watch this one.
im midway thru ep3 and i still dunno wtf is going on. like how does oscar have 2 personalities... apparently all his life? and what's with the weird sand around his bed and bdsm rope. and who tf is the moon god? apparently he's a stubborn blabbering child with the way he handled himself in the court of gods. also the other gods seems like blind idiots. thor should thunder in and kill them all. and are they all affected by thanos' snap?
