But age of consent is 18 in California and it's actually possible to be charged with a felony if the age difference is more than 3 years (Sanchez is 24). Sanchez went to USC and the area code on the letter is from the LA area so any sexual activity that went on between the two would be considered statutory rape under California law if it took place there.
Before anybody outside USC knew who he was, Sanchez was accused of sexual assault when he was a freshman. Hope we don't have a Big Ben II here.
This isn't new... My ex was hit on by Dan Marino. My best friend's cousin had Terry Bradshaw hitting on her and failing in the past decade. And then there was always Mario Elie and his voicemails to my ex-wife back in the 90's. Point is that it happens. Deal with it.
"It's really only been the only blemish on my record. Nothing like that has happened or will happen again." Lol wut?
Was your ex 17 when Marino hit on her? Was your best friend's cousin 17 when she was hit on by Bradshaw? Was your ex-wife 17 when Mario Elie phoned her? and did any of them engage in sexual activity when they were 17 with these players?
That is how I look at it... All these young chicks going out with men a decade older than them just shows that they will look like Betty White when they turn 30.. Actually I like Betty White, maybe not a bad thing...
Yeah, no one in this thread is arguing that it doesn't happen. And this thread is how we "deal with it." We point and laugh.
Except that the story here is that it allegedly happened with a minor. That doesn't happen that often.
I fail to see the relevance of any of this, and how it pertains to what's happening in the Sanchez situation. So I guess, in other words, a typical Fatty post.
