    Question:

Your organization dealt with a player suffering from bipolar disorder (Delonte West). In light of DeMarcus Cousins' suspension and the Royce White situation, what are some of the challenges of managing players with behavioral or mental health conditions?

    Answer:

We as a team/league have to be proactive. The Mavs have a full time psychologist that travels with the team and sits behind the bench. Doesnt matter what your skill and physical gifts are if you cant get your head right. We think its the next big dimensional change in sports. Working with the mental aspect of life and the game with our players

Great job, Cuban. I have to admire this guy. Although that does not mean Rockets have done anything inappropriate.

    Show me the stats.
    Too much money.
Ok we can have one, at Royce's expense.

On one hand I think we should just waive White and put him behind us, but on the other hand I'm worried that some other team will pick him up and put him to good use.

Weren't the Rockets willing to hire a travelling psychiatrist for the same purpose? Royce wanted his own psychiatrist...

Dealing with mental health is cool ... But what about this condition that causes more missed games "Flu Like Symptoms" aka "a hangover" How are we going to deal with that?

Royce has made it very unlikely anyone with an anxiety disorder will be drafted in the first round of the draft in the next 20 years or so.

And no way I would release this punk, does absolutely no good for the organization to just give him away. I wonder if we have to pay him to just sit around and tweet

Either that, or the player hides it ... remains in the closet and goes all through HS and college without seeking treatment or telling anyone, but rather suppressing it and self-medicated instead.

 I have always heard it was good for them since a large part of a hangover is dehydration.
