Only 4 players have accomplished this feat and 24 years ago today Hakeem did it.

    18 points / 16 rebounds / 11 blocks / 10 assists

At the Summit vs the Milwaukee Bucks

Hakeem had a near quad-double earlier that same month (March 3rd). It started as a quad-double but an assist was taken away later.

    Home again vs Golden State

    29 points / 18 rebounds / 11 blocks / 9 assists / 5 steals
    Damn 5 steals too!!

Hakeem should have had two of these in the record books.

They stole the one he had earlier.

They stole one from Clyde too in '96. Could've been 3 QDs in Houston Rockets history.

This is such a weird phenomena.

    A truly great post.

Awesome piece of not only Rockets history but NBA history...

Yet all I can do is try and find the degrading remarks about T-Mac. Because that's how these threads tend to work right?

    Cleverly disguised TMac thread?

As far as Hakeem, he didn't have just the stats, he was also fun to watch. Unlike that Duncan guy.

Cleverly disguised GOAT thread. If Rockets didn't have to retool the roster middle of Dream's career, he might be the GOAT.

    He was pretty

The biggest Duncan homer can't argue TD being more exciting to watch. Hakeem was G in a C's body. Poetry in motion.

What idiot would think Tmac got a quadruple double ?

Tmac fans have started making up stuff now since he left.

Great thread , as the years go by, people seem to forget who the greatest rocket ever is.

Only people who don't think he's the greatest would mention someone else who doesn't belong in the same universe as Hakeem

Man they're really screwing Hakeem. I remember that game. He had SEVEN steals in that game. I got both the Post and Comical back then, and the box had 7 listed in each (plus I remember too). That's why I've always said that Dream came closer to a quintuple double than probably anyone ever will.

Anyway a couple of years ago I looked up the boxscore and they only listed him with 6 steals (I was pissed). Now they've got him down to only 1. Bull you-know-what!

I think we need to get "Pancakes" involved with this. Not the NFL like he usually campaigns for, but he probably would make an exception for Dream.
