Posters like Tex and BLM are the exact same person, that's the funny thing. Every time a cop gets hit its Tex, every time it's a black dude it's BLM. Rinse and repeat...

And this video is horrible. Looks like manslaughter pretty clearly to me.

Tasers are not reliable and you clearly didn't watch the video. I was avoiding watching it because I didn't want to see how bad it was. That was pretty ****ing bad.

Looks like suicide by cop to me.

Walking away from police officers with guns drawn and towards a vehicle is a pretty good way to get yourself killed. So what if he had his hands up? Look at the Kyle Dinkheller video for proof of how allowing a suspect to disobey police instructions led to the death of the officer.

Either this guy wanted to be killed, or he was a moron. Either way, the shooting was in no way murder.

Obviously the police force is full of brave and hard working people, but on average you guys might have the most scared, frightened police force in the world. This is a hugely underhyped aspect of having a country with 300 million guns and rabid inequality.

His family will probably get 5 mil the cops won't have any charges. Ultimately the tax payer is the only one that is suffering.

Honestly from the video can't tell whether or not he was following the cops directions as I could not hear their directions.

The article doesn't make sense. Police say that he wasn't following commands but then say he was instructed to walk to his vehicle and put his hands on it. He did those things as evidenced by the video.

What I think happened is that he they prematurely tasered him despite him following orders and then shot him when he pulled it out.

Comply with police (no matter how absurd their demands) and never, ever reach for anything. Like, even if they ask you for your registration/license, don't reach for it... have it out and ready to rock. If you have to reach for it, inform the officer or have the officer retrieve it for you.

    Bullsh**.

We don't know what he was doing early on in this because, shockingly, the first officer didn't turn on her dash cam. We can't hear the commands and we can't tell what he was doing all the way through it.

The captain of "don't rush to judgement" is the one that started the thread with automatically putting blame on the dead man. Seems about right.

Unfortunately, that just means you open up yourself to get shot for noncompliance.

Here is dashcam footage. When was he shot? You hear something at :19 but not sure if that was a gun. Could be a taser because you see the right side of his body drop.

cop will kill anyone first ask questions later and black people are stopped more often. both major issues in their own right and added together create a 3rd issue.

damn that vid looks like murder. he wasn't violent, walking slowly with his hands up, didn't seem to be acting confrontational at all.

and what's with cop training nowadays. they look like idiots walking backwards protecting themselves against a dead man lying on the ground that they shot him.

Definitely a gunshot at 19 seconds.

Based on this footage, it doesn't seem that a taser was ever used.

At least not after the 2nd squad car/officer arrived.

The failure of the 1st officer to turn on her dashcam should be grounds for punishment.

    That's a gun shot at .19 seconds.

    Unbelievable.

And of course bobbythetexxx will defend this murder as black people should have offered the cops bj's if they didn't want to get shot.
