How can Russia not be blamed for this...is what I want to know? You can't just supply those mf-ers with weapons and then disavow responsibility...assuming it is a Russian missile that brought it down and not some hardware captured from the Ukraine during the war.
You aren't kidding. That is just sickening to look at. So sad. Just saw this comment on the comment section: США имеет долгую историю сотрудничества с фашистами, диктаторов, наркобаронов и государств-спонсоров терроризма в каждом регионе мира, и Украина является последним примером такой политики. США поддерживают крайне правая партия Украины "Свобода" и насильственных неонацисты, чьи вооруженные повстанцы открыли путь для переворота в Украине, которая поддерживается на Западе Translates: United States has a long history of collaboration with the Nazis, dictators, drug barons and state sponsors of terrorism in every region of the world, and Ukraine is the latest example of this policy. The United States supports Ukraine's far-right party "Freedom" and violent neo-Nazis, whose armed rebels have opened the way for a revolution in Ukraine, which is supported by the West
yeah, my point was regarding B-Bob's, wondering if a missile hit would result in a different debris field. The missile likely would not detonate within the fuselage; although, it likely explodes the fuel tanks. But not too dissimilar to TWA 800.
Small minded people. Unfortunately, the world is littered with them....not just America (although we probably lead the pack)....sad
My head started revvin, what the hell does the Russian people say/view about themselves, for example the news people. Anybody here speak russian?
Even so, that takes legitimate training to operate one of those. More likely, Putin gave it to them and taught them how to use it.
Events like this will continue to happen until civilians are angry enough to want a world war... Just like they want
So then, is the logic then that: 1. We think the separatists probably did it 2. We know they had possession of a BUK 3. The BUK can hit a plane at that altitude 4. Therefore, they probably used the BUK to take it out I can appreciate that logic, but it doesn't really show that the separatists did it. I think it's very important to be able to lay the blame with confidence in the evidence. Ideally, I would like: 1. We know forensically that the plane was taken down by a BUK 2. We know the separatists possess a BUK in that area 3. We know the Ukrainians don't have a BUK in that area 4. Therefore, it was probably the separatists that did it
One of the videos of the crash shows shows white missile streamers floating in front of the black smoke from the wreck. I'll try to find it again and post.
Honestly, I doubt we'll ever know the exact truth. They'll both play the blame game, but the Ukrainain PM did say they intercepted phone calls from the Russian terrorists before, during and after the plane was hit.
Well haven't satellites been trained on that part of the world for a bit now? Not that there couldn't be shenanigans taking place on the ground (group a dressed up to look like group b, etc.), but that aside, then just pour over the historical satellite imagery and should be able to find imagery of exactly when the missile was launched, from where, the look of those who launched it, etc.
I don't think it would be that difficult to ascertain what took the aircraft down and who did it, if specialists from Western Europe or the United States had access to the crash site, and combined that with other information from radar inside and outside Ukraine, for instance. Will those people be allowed to come in and conduct an investigation safely? That's unlikely, given the situation on the ground.
While our aircraft carriers are impressive, it is our subs that really give us a huge advantage... they can literally EMPTY all of the water ways of all hostile boats before China or Russia could even counter.
