What's the over/under on overlap between people who want minimal gun control and those that vote for people who militarize law enforcement? 90%?

I'm sure they'll grow up to gain the perspective that even though they witnessed their classmates get blown away, the right to guns designed to kill as many people as possible at once is the only thing keeping George III from rounding all of us up and holding public executions in the town square.

It's the ultimate irony. How can someone be so worried about Government tyranny yet want a stronger military? I know how, just say "killing babies"!

This is all you need to know from that web site

"'I've been doing this for 6 years and was one of the first people to expose Sandy Hook."

If a blathering vat of hatred spouted anything even remotely resembling a coherent argument I'd chalk that up to blind squirrel theory.

Possibly they'll grow up and realize that the assault weapon ban that they are calling for would have done exactly nothing to help any of their classmates and they'll regret not pushing for things that would actually have an effect on school shootings such as increased security at schools.

The anti-gun message is really popular among those who primarily feel rather than think. Practicality or effectiveness is irrelevant to those people.

There are people now who were "survivors" of the shooting at Columbine, which happened right in the middle of an assault weapons ban that are likely old enough now to realize how irresponsible it is that schools today have absolutely no better security than their school that was shot up had almost 19 years ago....and yet we'll still focus on gun bans and other BS that always gets pushed after things like this happen. The fact that the usual suspects now have children pushing their narrative doesn't make it any more legitimate or effective.

It's important to protect yourself with guns if where you live can be breached by a pair of scissors, yes. Screen doors: great for ventilation, terrible for intruders.

LOL what are you even talking about? Are you having a stroke? Did seeing opinions that you don't agree with legitimately break you?

I don't think @kevC is as fragile as a screen door on a trailer home.

    But I could be wrong.

Tell me, have you ever shotgunned a 6 pack of Big Macs?

    Well Deckard,

I don’t think he can be a baby.

Babies usually lack the ability to use a computer. You never know though.
