    well I speak spanish, as do many on this board, at least well enough to translate a scola interview.... So I guess I could, but I don't see the point...which would be what? :confused:

    I like this guy alot, even if he is only a marginal pro, he seems to be a world class sportsman.

    Well, I think there is no Spanish involved here. IIRC, Luis Scola can speak English. And you never second-guess or under-estimate the English proficiency of Chinese reporters sent to work in USA nowadays.

    The article was written by a certain Bai Fan exclusively for Titan Sports and published over Tom.com. And if you know Chinese, you know that this could not be something stolen or copied from some Spanish-speaking newspaper....but from this reporter who was sent there to cover FIBA Americas Championship in Las Vegas.

    So the quotes could be directly in English, and Bai Fan's article was in Chinese. I just translated it word by word to share with you guys here.

    So definitely there is nothing like the BS you suggested.

    Well, that's because in Chinese, it's hard to differentiate the two. Maybe Pryuen doesn't know that "propaganda" is almost a negative word in America.
