What are the Kings doing? This is practically like giving Chuck Hayes an extension on his current rate.

How many forwards are Kings going for, they're trying to outdo Morey last year I guess ;)

Hmm.. the Kings with new owner, GM and coach must be cleaning house and turning over much of the roster. Adding to the PF collection means somebody got to do, no?

Or do they see him as a SF? Can probably defend the position but with his lack of 3 point stroke things would get clogged.

What can we poach from them? They're pretty much our farm team.

It's idiotic moves like this that make me appreciate Daryl Morey even more.

So just how many quality bigs do the Kings have now? Let me count...

Thompson, Cousins, Patterson, Hayes, Landry, and now Mbah a Moute?

That's six starting calibre power forwards and centers. SIX. And none of them can really play the 3 that effectively. What in the world are they thinking?

2nd Round Picks in 2016 and 2018??? WTF???

The Kings don't seem to have any direction and picking up draft picks like this lends itself to asking what is the point? These picks, especially because they are second rounders, are complete unknowns and crapshoots. This is ridiculous.

I know the Kings are pretty much our triple-A affiliate for NBA players but this makes no sense. Mbah A Moute may well be out of the league before the Kings get to make their first pick from this deal.

Kings = Worst Front Office management and direction I have ever seen.

The Kings traded the picks, not received them.

And it's this type of thinking by others that allows Morey to stockpile these things like lotto tickets and hit a Carl Landry or Chandler Parsons every few years.

that pisses me off. you're telling me Morey that you couldn't get the same deal done?

the mass of this site don't even know who A Moute is, but those who do should know we could have really used him, especially if they're practically giving away him for beans.

Morey literally cannot make the same deal because the Rockets don't have cap room like the Kings do and must send out matching salaries.

I always saw him as more of a PF. So, yeah, I don't get it.

Don't let facts get in the way of outrage. Come on, the Morey haters have so little now a days.
