If you continue to make the same mistakes, without fixing, that is that.

I knew something could be up when Booger McFarland was interview by Scott Van Pelt last night. He's a very level-headed guy but the disgust with Les Miles came across quite clearly.

Good move for them. They have a jump on next year's candidates. I'm concerned Tom Herman will be their top target and the distraction could derail UH's season.

Texas should be on the phone with Les' representatives ASAP.

No thanks. I get all the frustration with Strong but Les isn't any better in prepping his teams or during games.

My cousin currently attends LSU and the name they are hearing over there is Lane Kiffin.

Yep. There's a reason Les got fired despite his track record at LSU.

I hear ya but it's Herman or bust for me.

Kiffin in Baton Rouge would be pretty darn entertaining.

Which Kiffin is that? Not Lane I hope.

I don't know anything about current coordinators, but I'll go back to my 2 favorites before Charlie was hired: David Shaw, Gary Patterson, (new add to list) Tom Herman.

I hope it doesn't come to that and Charlie makes things work.

I highly doubt Herman would seriously consider the LSU job.

Isn't Hermann locked up for a few more years?

Yeah, but buyouts are chump change for big schools.

Ah. Not too familiar with college football in that regards. Well the only way you can sell Hermann on staying in Houston is getting into a P5 conference...

When is the last time LSU had competent QB play? You (and the rest of us) would be no happier with Miles.
