I rather spend the ten million on him than on Parsons. Every penny well deserved.

10 million sounds about right. A little steep considering how many PGs there are.

Then he is NO LONGER a value....he becomes an overpaid asset.

Plus....Peter Vecsey NO credibility whatsoever. He is the king of "makesh!tup" kingdom

Parsons never had a weak season in his career, just a year ago Lowry was sucking ass and on his way out of the league

If we pay him that, he'll almost make the same as James Harden. Who made 13 mill this past season, and will make 14 mill next season.

I was thinking of Lowry's value to around the 8-10 mill range.

This really shouldn't be a shock...... I figured he would ask for roughly 12 and settle for 11 million a year for 4 years. FWIW I don't think Toronto will pay it.

If Lowry gets $11 million, Parsons should get 8-9 $million tops!

I also rather pay Lowry than Parsons, but not gonna happen, Morey will not pay that.

If Houston wants Lowry, there could be a sign and trade between the teams with Lowry being traded for Lin + another player like D-Mo, Garcia, etc and a draft pick. But I don't know why Houston would want to package Lin for Lowry when someone like Rondo or Love might be available. Also, Carmelo Anthony, Lebron James, Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh might be available and Lin would likely be a useful trade piece in any of those transactions.

Why not pay both? If Lowry is the last piece, let's sign him on and go for a championship.

Championship teams typically have to pay the luxury tax anyway.
