Clearly Klay Thompson is the single game MVP award winner. And Curry is holding him back from greatness.

Harden doesn't even shoot for the 1st quarters of games. He's only trying to get his teammates involved.

 

First off, know one is hating on harden. The fact is the both he and the offense has to change in order to win a championship. If it's about being the scoring champ, then he can keep doing what he's doing.

In the words of DD.. This team is not balanced and that's not because of the the players or the talent. Since we are doing the comparison with Curry and Harden, Curry will bring the ball down as times and just facilitate and not even look to shoot... Not staying by half court dribbling and running the clock down. Jordan and Dominique would do the same thing... The difference is Phil was able to change Jordan and the team became balanced... Dominique refused to changed and never won a thing.

Teams had a philosophy when they played against Jordan, Dominique, Hakeem, Bernard King and other scores... Let them get theirs, but stop the other guys. As I stated before, all superstars had to learn that once they got their teammates involved they had a better chance of winning a championship. This is what made Bird so freaking dangerous and don't give me look at the teammates Bird had.... It was basically the same team that couldn't win crap the following year with the addition of Bird and the way he played the game.

Those who don't learn from the past are doom to repeat it.

Actually if Harden tried to take it all by him self against G.S , we would be in a better situation.

The thing is he was passing the ball, but his teammates were stumbling all over the court. P.B and Ariza thought it was a boxing match, DMo was scared ,Josh took 2 technical so he could run away...etc

 

How does what we focus on impact the team? This team isn't winning the Championship unless a big move happens at the deadline.

Can we talk about both goals? We as fans can talk about both things, they both matter.

Curry learned? Are you say he had to learn to pay with his teams to be this good? Or maybe he has a better team and a better coach and as a result the team is performing better?

Harden plays one on one because he is the best at it and unfortunately, our coach doesn't run plays and he can play one-on-one and win a Championship. Some seem to act like Mchale has this golden playbook that he can't use because Harden want to play one on one all the time.

The fact Harden has to carry such a load is the reason he is above Curry as a MVP candidate. Curry goes down tomorrow, sure there Championships hopes are over but they would still be competing for home court. Harden goes down, our team is scoring 84 a game lol.

You are equating the team issues with Harden. As I said before, as if he he needs to change and all of a sudden we are contenders. That is not the reality. We need Harden to play at this level to overcome the offensive short comings of his teammates and coach.
