    And MVPs

    And scoring titles

And seasons leading NBA in assists

    And most wins in season

And playoff wins, including 2 WCF appearances

    what hate ?
There’s only reality. None of us traded Francis for Tmac
None of us then got rid of Orlando Tmac
And non of demoted Francis on the Knicks
    He was worse than Marbury
then when he came back with Rick adelman
None of us were surprised he couldn’t run Ricks plays

and none of wanted him to look like he’s 55 years old when he was 30

There are obvious trolls with an anti Harden and anti Rockets agenda
And the there are those where just liars

To me, if you can’t figure the difference between Harden and Steve Francis

You should be banned from watching alll basketball

I have to admit, I am not well versed with Rockets history w/ Francis (was too young).

But putting Francis over Harden on what? skill/heart/willing team to win is just plain stupidity.

We have literally one of the greatest offensive player in the History of NBA, an opinion supported by literally everyone even the media and we still have some people on here attacking harden and creating sht threads.

I am just glad harden seems to b a loyal boi. If he bolted and join any of the bigger market team, casual fans/media will treat him like a god, idk if this forum is a good indicator of how the whole rocket fanbase feels about the man, but it's quite disappointing.

To my knowledge Harden has never missed a single game due to his lifestyle. “Franchise” (even his nickname didn’t age well) can not say the same.

I remember francis and mobley, watch them when i was 21 in 2000. Francis and mobley where ok, but nothing like Harden. Harden can carry a bunch of scrubs to a 8th seed. He is the most dominant pure Shooting Guard the league has ever seen. I even compare both them together because francis comparing to Harden is like comparing Allen Iverson to Kevin Martin lol.

Wow. This is nuts. Francis wasn’t that good people. I bet half the fans in Houston don’t even know who he is and almost nobody outside of Houston does.

Everybody knows who James Harden is and will for a long time.

Francis was probably about as good as Kyle Lowry. Different skill sets and athleticism but if we are just looking at how good he was then that’s about where I would put him.

Funny how you take a comparison between Francis and Harden in terms of how they were coached to a comparison between their talent levels. In no perspective, metric, data analysis or eye test is Francis better than Harden. Zero! The only thing he maybe has over Harden was the fight mentality, maybe...

Not a Lin fan or Rockets fan, just a troll.

    Most likely a Nuggets fan.

Stevie is all of Harden's dangerous and boneheaded plays with lower bball IQ.

But man Stevie was a warrior and got us Tmac because of that. ;)

For those of you whom were too young to watch, Stevie Franchise as a true warrior

He is more similar to Westbrook in my opinion

Plays with passion and will do whatever he can to help the team win

Its tough to compare current players stats with others as style of game changed but Franchise did a little bit of everything despite being only 6"3

His 2nd year in league, he shot 45% from field, 40% from 3s, 80% FG, 7 rebs, 6.5 assist, 20 points, 1.8 steals and about half a block. He really carried the team and played 40 mins a game! He is a true Rockets legend

If this one season makes you love Stevie, then you should absolutely revere Harden for having much more consistently efficient, much more productive, even historical seasons.

    But you don't.

I merely provided his stats for his 2nd year in the league

He was a stellar player and had all the tools to be one of the all time greats

But very sad that he had alcohol issues and injuries that cut his career short

He was the Russ Westbrook before there was a Russ Westrbook. One of the most explosive players I have ever seen

And Harden HAS become one of the all time greats but you still do not have that same love and respect.
