there should only be Rocket fans on Clutchfans Who hates lin the person/rockets guard? not Rockets fans.
Your right, LOH doesn't exist. They are just fools who thought guys like Douglas, Machado, Canaan, etc were better than Lin.
So if someone says something positive about another Rockets guard you just automatically assume they hate Lin?
If you don't like ice cream, would you go hang out at a Ice Cream shop? If you don't like the Rockets, why would you be on Clutchfans?
if your opinion is someone is better than another, even if it's wrong. that's not "HATE". I think the newer users who don't care about the Rockets who joined this forum are insecure and inarticulate. Because they can't handle arguments so they created a term called "LOH" No Rockets fans hate Lin. I've never heard him being booed by the home crowd. Home Crowd = Houston not New York or Palo Alto
I must not be explaining myself clearly. I believe I wrote, "LOH" don't exist. I never said that these people hate Lin. I just called them fools for believing that Douglas, Machado, Canaan, etc were better than Lin. For the record, the LOF/LOH label is the worst thing that happened on this board because it takes away from the discussion and adds nothing to it. I believed any player can be criticized. Nothing wrong with that but a lot of people on this board get their panties twisted in a knot. My favorite players on this team are Harden and Lin and both of these guys get criticized a lot here. To me, everybody is allowed their own opinion even if I don't agree with it.
There was no such thing as "OH" until extremely insecure newbs joined made that term. To me, I don't believe in that term cause who created the term is not worthy of creating new vocabulary on this board. "OF" has been used since the Yao days when a sudden influx of fans who only cared about Yao joined .
Let's get the thread back on track. I finally saw the documentary. Paid iTunes for the rental so the guys who made it can make a few bucks off me for their work. It was good and I enjoyed it but the experience pales in comparison to experiencing it for real as a long-time Knick fan. I think people who are not as familiar with the story would get more out of it.
I thought it was better than Linsanity the basketball streak, to me as a long time Rockets fan, I already saw all that on ESPN and on TV. The story about who Jeremy is and how he got there was more interesting IMO. Also, this thread should be merged into the this one http://bbs.clutchfans.net/showthread.php?t=232256 We don't have 4 threads about any movie or show, so why do we have 4 threads about this movie?
Well, this thread was suppose to be for letting people know that they can watch it for free but it felt natural to me to post a review for it here. Would the real Linsanity be more interesting to you if it was Howard/Harden on the Rockets that was 7-15 and Lin came in out of nowhere to save the season? I also found the early footage more interesting than the part that covered Linsanity.
