    I wouldn't put much into the whole Bev going to Dwights press conference. I'm pretty sure they invited all players on the team. And I could understand Parsons going since he's a star on this team and was instrumental in recruiting Dwight here , but I'm not really sure why Bev went considering he's not and no one else on the team went. Think he was just trying to gain more notoriety around the league.

    I also wana see how Lin does next year especially now with Dwight in the mix. I honestly think with hard work in the off-season he'll have a breakout year. I doubt he goes

    You think Beverly was at the Howard press conference to gain more notoriety around the league. Not to welcome Howard to Houston or to be a part of a team function or not even for a free meal. But to gain notoriety around the league...:rolleyes:

    Please don't. Morey has already stated twice he's not looking to trade Lin or Asik and James and Howard are fine playing with them.

    Bev being at the press conference is a nice gesture to welcome Howard. I thought Greg was suppose to be there also.

    Lin gonna get traded before the season starts, and if that fails, how about more threads about Beverley starting over Lin.

    I like Lin. I was a big supporter of his acquisition last year.

    But his complete silence in the face of the biggest FA acquisition this franchise has ever made...especially when compared to Parsons and Harden...is just strange. No "welcome to the team, Dwight"....no appearance at the event...nothing.

    I don't understand that...unless the rumors that he's been told he's on the trade block are true.

    Jeremy played it smart. Look, Dwight didn't sign on the dotted line until yesterday or today. He knows nothing is official until that contract is signed. Jeremy texted or talked to Dwight to congratulate him after signing. Notice after Dwight signing, the news about Jeremy participating in the soccer match to benefit Steve Nash foundation and the mini-workouts came out.
