it really did seem like lillard and the interviewer were about to laugh when cj said that and just barely brought it back.

also, the blazers not only pressed for like 3 or 4 possessions before that, they were pressing on that one until they gave up midway through and i guess cp was just supposed to be more in tune with their feelings. not only that, but i think chris himself had to break a few somewhat aggressive backcourt double teams after inbounds when we were up 9 and the blazers wouldn't just let the clock run out so i'm sure he sick of having to play it out for so many possessions of getting trapped when portland could have just let us dribble it out.

and to top it all off, i think the blazers took only 2's after pressing us and us getting layups out of it. they weren't even trying to get back in it with 3's. it's like they just wanted to get a few more free points and not actually win the game. the whole thing was just them being mad about losing and not handling it well. cp3 said fine, i'll get an extra layup if that's how y'all want it and then punked lillard on lillard's attempted steal that went nowhere.
