His usage over this stretch is 38%.

17% of Dame's shots are assisted compared to 15% for Harden.

If you’re name isn’t James Harden and you do James Harden like things than the media will love you. Because quite frankly James Harden and anything that approaches that level is ****ing fantastic and should be appreciated. The coverage and the fascination with what Lillard is doing is proof positive of the double standard that applies to Harden. It’s disgusting.

In addition anyone who says things like, “we’ve never seen things like this before” is a complete and unabashed moron. So not a surprise that Carmelo has thrown his name into that hat.

What do you think is the reason for the bias? Racism? Anti-Houston bias? Anti-beard bias?

No idea. Media has a weird narrative against him going on 5-6 years. Probably starts with ESPN. I don’t think it has anything to do with Houston.

What does it have to do with? Thin air?

Play style? could that be it?

So that's the point you're trying to make? 38% usage for Dame is actually good, but beard man at 40% is a ball hog? Same with the offball play, 15% assisted means Harden doesn't play within the offense, but 17% assisted means Dame is an offball master? This is really manufactured, even for you.

It means that other players are capable of absurd stretches of scoring if their usage rate is high enough and not only Harden.

We'll see if he can do it for the rest of the season.

Nice stretch by dame dolla. Similar to hardens unguardable tour but more like a zone interlude. If he can keep it up and get his talented team into the playoffs then kudos. They seem to have our number this year but their record is yikes.

Can his body handle it like Harden though? He’s pretty slight. Force him into the paint and see if he can take it.

I don't buy that because there is a human factor to. Guys gotta be built for that sh$t. Dame being a 180 soaking wet doing this is very impressive.

Come back to me when Lillard's done it for 8 years in a row with average support.

Lillard's playing great at the moment, but he goes through these stretches in most seasons.
