Let's keep this simple. Yes or no, would you be for or against the Rockets signing Lewis to the MCE(no more, no less) for 1-3 years?

Did you edit your post? I thought it just said "for the MCE." not the years part. My post talked about that. Oh well. I would certainly do it for 1 and probably up to 3. So yes.

    Anything more: no.

i can't imagine them not doing it if he'd be willing to accept that...that would be a steal, whether you really like rashard or not.

    My answers are conditional:

Yes- If Rashard excepts the fact that he is the shooter on the team. He needs to set up behind the arc, and fire away when he has the shot. Grab some boards, and throw the ball into Griffin or Ming when a defender comes too close to him.

No- If he wants to come in and be the man, and expects that he is going to take the majority of the shots.

Ultimately on paper it would look good, but the acquistion of Rashard Lewis does more harm than good for the simple fact that he took less money, and that he'll be trying to prove that he is a big money player. Lewis will not want to be third, fourth or fifth option. Ultimately his ego would do more damage to the team. Although its nice to think about it.
