someone got any basketball targeted strengthening exercises?

not something that focuses on size gain purely, but allows me to gain strength while keeping my flexibility

I would highly recommend stationary lunges. 4x10, start off with just the bar and slowly increase weight. You don't have to go heavy for athletic purposes. Make sure you get a good stretch at the bottom. Train smart not hard. This help me with speed.

You'd have to gain a lot of mass to lose your flexibility simply because of it. Just lift regularly, but use the full range of motion. Use it or lose it. If you want to be really basketball specific, then try adding resistance to basketball motions. You can use a weight vest, resistance bands, medicine balls, etc.

If you gain mass, post-workout stretching is essential or you will lose flexibility.

Lebron doesn't seem to have any flexibility issues...it's not like he looks like durant.

been hitting the Bikram Yoga studio for a bit..

it realigns my skeleton, but then I am not used to the new alignment. So i think I need to add strength to this newfound alignment
