Not buying it, but here my other thoughts...

Simplest trick to have a more understanding society:

Befriend and know more black and mexicans, and not have to resort to "Some of my best friends are _____" when you make an inevitably human verbal gaff.

Bud's got game. He can come off screens and really be a threat to shoot or drive. He is a pretty good spot up 3pt shooter and can finish plays in transition with his athletcism.

Low risk/High reward move for the Pacers. If he can get healthy he might finally begin to tap into that talent. Could be a very key bench player.

It's a pretty much anonymous internet message board. Everyone everywhere is brave saying weird stuff like that.

I remember Chase. Then I forgot about him. Can he still shoot threes? Pretty athletic and nice frame too. I can see why Morey drafted him. Didn't pan out well though.

We traded him for the pick we used to draft Jones.

Chase's shooting has been up and down his whole career...but his health also tanked when he got to Minny, and they're a bad team, so that's probably part of it. The Rockets would've traded for him or Brewer but Brewer was the one willing to waive his option.

    I doubt that story.
If it's true, please know Houston is the best place live in Texas.
But, it's still Texas, which is the Anus of Civilization.
