Once the O and G market recovers and I make my $$$, I'll be able to buy it. I can buy it now outright but I'll wait because I'm confident I can outbid anyone if it ever comes to an auction
Lol, yeah I saw that too... So stupid, you'd think with all the other articles they'd finally let it go.
So for all these years, Les still doesn't live in Houston. I guess he only flys into Houston for certain games.
LOL, people still think he lives in Houston. Les has said his favorite team was the Knicks. A New Yorker forever
If Les was really cool, he'd host the Clutchfans NYC watch party in his crib. C'mon Clutch, make it happen! We'll clean up.
IDK where he spends most of his time, but along with the NY property he's also got homes in California, Florida, Virginia, and here. This is supposed to be his Houston home: http://virtualglobetrotting.com/map/leslie-alexanders-house-1/view/bing/
One correction I can make about the article... Near the end it states, "or, more to the point, what architect conceived of this monstrosity as a residence." I can promise that no Architect was involved with that absurd mess.
Well there was some other penthouse that sold for over $100M in Manhattan, which compared to Houston, is about what Chevron paid for one of the old Enron buildings. So yea, an entire 50 story skyscraper in Houston, or one penthouse apartment in NY. LOL.
If I had that type of money I'd just build a flying sky castle so I wouldn't have to live on the ground like everyone else What was the weird story behind the 55 bedroom house? Crossing my fingers for some type of ghost story or murder mystery.
According to this Chronicle article it's just an unfinished medical rehab facility. http://www.chron.com/neighborhood/p...ea-55-bedroom-house-going-for-3-5-6236483.php
