    Lol my bad I meant "down" in terms of I'm with this hire... not like down in the dumps. Yeah Morey seems to sense he may be fired if all this doesn't work.

    I believe Daryl Morey is partly to blame for the MDA situation. He tried to force Chris Finch as a future coach, McHale accepted this, partly because he was a weak coach. RA didn't agree to this. Finch was too inexperienced for the job, and limited to only the offensive end.

    Thus it was only natural that Les could easily impose MDA on us fans.

    Yep. Morey brought this meddling culture. I saw the writing on the wall and kept telling people but some just choose to be delusional, can't argue that, I respect that.

    Put together a pretty good team of role players around Hakeem in the mid-90s as well as swinging the trade for Drexler. I still remember everyone scoffing when he announced a "big" signing and it was Mario Elie he was talking about.
