Iggy being the MVP makes zero sense. You can be responsible for the majority of the defense of the player who put the best finals numbers of all time and win the MVP.

haha, that's because they couldnt vote curry who didnt do much, and they didnt want to give it to lebron.

unlike last yr., where there was no clear winner, this yr. iggy didnt even start all 6 games and missed 9 ft's in a row. recognize iggy's contribution, but this makes no sense at all.

Most consistent player in the series while guarding Lebron. Don't see where it doesn't make sense

Easy to look at the numbers and say that but he was by far gsw best defender on Lebron and made it tougher on him especially efficiently if you actually watched

Who added the most value during this series? Without equivocation it was Lebron.

You're not going to get very far arguing with a bandwagon Dubs fan.

Look who it is. One of the worst garbage posters who have no clue what they're talking about around here. How's that tip jar bet going. Ready to come out of the corner. Doesn't look like it. You want to run your mouth without backing it up. Move along

What's great about this is that now one member of the Dubs has an undeserved season MVP award and a different member of the Dubs has an undeserved finals MVP.

Of course it was but it won't be given to the losing team. Not this day and age. Shouldn't be a surprise. That's no argument that Lebron is the most important to the team but unfortunately you can't reward a player like that

Think finals MVP is pretty consistent on who was the most significant game changer over the course of a series. Iggy fit that bill and rightfully so.

This post summarizes why guys like tinmac and zboy developed such a hate for certain players and why there's such a mind blowing glorification and hate for superstars in the NBA.
Extreme cases of not understanding basketball and narrowing it down to one player instead of the whole team.

In soccer I only see these terrible sentiments from Africa bandwagon Messi/Ronaldo fans that only watch the sport because of one player and think they have to decide each game.

No, from Rockets fans who would rather have their fingers chopped off one by one than to admit that GSW or anyone on that team could possibly deserve a single thing.
