Golden State has 4 all Stars.

LeBron has to make do with 3.

    Durant has Curry, Klay, Dray

Kawhi has LaMarcus and Tony and Manu

    Harden has Gordon and Brewer

LeBron meanwhile has to make do with Irving and Love in the eastern conference

    I repeat

    UNFAIR

LeBron knows exactly what he is doing. He isn't looking for sympathy, he doesn't care if it makes him look bad either. He firmly believes to win a championship the Cavs need a backup point guard and he is winning to say or do anything to motivate the Cavs front office and owner to get one. So he publicly called out the owner, and there was expected backlash.... but at the end of the day, let's see if James gets his wants met, because as the most powerful basketball player in the game, he usually does.

I remember very well, your argument actually doesn't help Lebron either.

He is right. They need a backup PG. Anyone can see it.

Gilbert is also right. They spent and spend a lot of money.

Tough luck to Gilbert. He will get a backup PG or he will lose Lebron and Gilbert will never be able to show his face in Cleveland again. Winning with super teams is not profitable, you can't look at it as a business decision.

Lebron wants to win more titles, he doesn't really care about the cost because he sees it as lending his brand to the team he chooses to play for. He will walk if he doesn't see that he can win at least 3 more rings. And that's how you should be about winning, batshit crazy. Like Michael Jordan. Like Tiger Woods. Like Michael Jackson. In fact, Lebron seems unusually well adjusted for the superstardom and success he's had imo.

Haven't read entire thread, but the Cavs roster this season is kind of trash. They remind me of the Clippers from the past 4 seasons. Really good starting 5, but no bench.

    Lebron - MVP candidate
    Kyrie Irving- Unreal scorer
Kevin Love- Great 3rd option and rebounder
Thompson- Awesome rebounder and under rated defender
JR Smith - Good 3+D guy

    but after that?

Richard Jefferson - old and way past his prime
Channing Frye- old stretch 5 that will get exposed
Kyle Korver- Old 3 point specialist that will get exposed
Deandre Liggins- Rookie that will get exposed
    Iman Shumpert - literal garbage
Jordan McCrae- rookie that won't play
James Jones- old that won't play
kay felder- rookie that won't play
    birdman- literal bird man

Like, this team needs more than a back up point guard. It needs a freaking bench lol. Houston's bench is better than that. Lebron has been on the 2014 heat. This is basically the 2014 Heat but with better versions of Wade and Bosh. This team would get destroyed by Golden State. I'd be mad too. but complaining to the media is weak sauce and it's his fault his buddies got over paid.

I don't think their bench is trash at all. They really are missing a trustworthy pg or someone to trust with the ball off the bench so it forces the other guys off the bench out of their typical roles. But to say their bench is just trash I don't see that. i see old as most of the reasons lol. i guess its pretty sad when these "old" guys are still holding their own in the league :)

I may be in the minority, but Lebron's smart. He knows he only has 2 maybe 3 years where he'll have this kind of pull in management. Might as well do it while he can.

I wonder what Used Condom is doing these days? Rockets should try to swap him for Brewer, it may take an additional pick to get the deal done though.

He should demand better from TTBOY. TThompson tonight:

    0 point, 0 fg, 0 ft, 0 assists, 0 rebounds, 0 blocks, and 0 steals.

BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUT. Not everything was a 0

    a -22

"I earned my money," Thompson told ESPN of his five-year, $82 million extension he signed in 2015. "LeBron's not my agent. I earned my money doing what I do; you can ask anyone around the league. I opened doors for other guys. It's a business, and you get paid what the market value is for you. I got my money and opened up doors for other guys that play hard and do the little things. I helped guys like Draymond Green make heir money."

I was just listening to Bill Simmons and Joe House podcast from last week and Joe House talked about how he felt sympathy for Lebron's b****ing because he's played so many minutes and had to carry them through their schedule....5 whole games played less than the freaking Rockets and he has Irving and Love helping him out...and Harden has squat. I feel no damn sympathy.

IIRC The Cavaliers were saying how disinterested they were earlier in the season since the competition sucked and the games had become boring for them. You can STFU now LeBron and Kyrie cause y'all now officially suck after losing to the lowly Mavericks. Cavaliers are a joke!
