McHale said what you said there.

Reminiscent of the dud game after Donte Greene's 40 point performance couple years back, except the whole team this time.

Hill just does not seem to have very good court awareness. Looks to be daydreaming.

Seems more like a tough love thing, he expects better from Hill. it's funny though when Hill does something wrong McHale is sure to make sure everyone knows it.

Yeah, Hill is playing with zero aggression and energy which was what most impressed me during the regular season.

Did Jordan Hill add on some pounds already? He looks slower than he did last season. Maybe the pressure also, he looks easily flustered.

I watched yesterday, McHale is one of the best power forwards to ever play. He wants Hill to work on certain things, frankly I'm sure the Rockets do too. Hill has a long way to go, right now he's all athleticism, no real feel for the game.

Looks like Patterson has extremely solid post D for a rookie big man entering the league. He hasn't left his feet on any of the pump fakes in the post.

Alexander Johnson isn't so bad, at least he's always active around the rim...would rather have him on the end of the bench than Brian Cook that is for sure.

He played the same positions as Hill... Higher expectations or he just knows what he's talking about?

The thing about Johnson is that he can get it done in a league like this, but I think he's probably about 2 inches too short to do it consistently in the real NBA.

Yesterday the first thing McHale said about Hill was negative and then admitted he hadn't seen him play. He changed his mind late in the game when Hill did some surprising/good things.

His criticism today seems more sincere since he has actually seen him play.
