Here are Smitty's notes from LV SL. (Smitty is a very well respected realgm mod and a great writer and expert on cap matters). http://forums.realgm.com/boards/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1465870 Here is what he heard from talking to Houston people:
I am on record saying that we will have a pretty good team next year, but offensively better than the Warriors? Ok, lol.
If Capela, who's entering his 3rd year and 3rd year working with Dream, cannot beat out Nene then thats not promising.
Chinau Onuakau sucks...he'll never be good! He has butterfingers for hands..his free throw shooting is awful...his post game is non existence..defense is awful..he's a step slow and out of place. Bah humbug?! Joey Dosrey is better! We should've draft Patrick Mccaw..Morey is an idiot!

As much as I love the Dream, His moves are just not realistic for post players. Only guards and small forwards have benefited from his unique skill set. Dream is an anomaly. He had multiple moves, counter moves and counter to counter moves. Big men only need 1-2 moves max to be effective. I think I remember reading some where that Dream worked on just one move a year and then he added another move the following year. Imagine what Capela would be like today if he worked on just one move a year. Capela would have at least 2 go to moves by now. I look at those clips of Dream teaching our players and it looks like he is teaching them spins, fades and counters off the bat. Even DMO was having trouble with it. Maybe Dawson was the real genius with his robotic hooks.
That's because Dream has some of the best footwork of any center ever. It's hard to teach that to a big who's used to over-powering the competition.
