I seem to remember him as a locker room disrupter. Or do I need to go back to bed for another hour or so?

Why not? He's few months younger than Harden and Hassan Whiteside just made the jump last season, their proportions are fairly comparable:

    Whiteside:
    Ht - 6'11.5"
    Wingspan -7'7"
    Standing Reach - 9'5"
    Standing Vert - 27"
    Moving Vert - 31.5"

    Sanders:
    Ht - 6'10.5"
    Wingspan - 7'6.5"
    Standing Reach - 9'4"
    Standing Vert - 25.5"
    Moving Vert - 28.5"

Here's a good breakdown by Zach Lowe of his strengths and weaknesses.:

I took the exact opposite from that video and changed my mind on the man. It took huge balls to walk away and do what was right for his own well being.

Seems like he has worked through these issues and matured.

    Bring him onboard Morey.

I think this is pretty on point. I imagine Houston has some confidence, and organizational precedence, for this type of undertaking.

What we are really saying is, is it worth giving Larry Sanders minimal money to see if he can work himself into playing 12 minutes of backup Center per night. Best case scenario, he becomes an asset.

Worst case scenario, he's a hit to team chemistry.

Don't forget we are better suited than any team in the NBA to handle Larry Sanders issues. See my avatar.

    A real difference maker defensively.

Tough question on if he is worth the gamble.

Although after watching the above video, I'll say that Larry Sanders feels a lot more like Royce White than Michael Beasley.

Would deff take him. Who knows if he can even play still but he was a beast on defense when he played.

For the almighty Tyler Ennis. The dumbest move this off season. Beasley would be perfect in this style of play. Sure he wasn't great on the defensive end but his instant offense would have worked well with Gordon.
