I am looking for some advice from the Clutch knowledge base. I need a small, thin and light laptop to travel with. It doesn't need to be too powerful, but I do want it to be able to run full HD video without any problem. I am thinking about buying this:

Will this PC be up to the task? Any advice on this, or general advice on what processor would be sufficient?

    Thanks in advance.

Check out Newegg refurbs. I like at least i5 and since you don't need much storage, go SSD. SSD is the best thing you can do for your computer for the buck.

    Check Newegg, Tigerdirect, etc.

You should be able to refine what you're looking for pretty easily.

I know its a different model but I owned an ASUS Transformer tablet that ran android (tf700t) and it was the biggest POS I have owned. It was slow and very buggy and died on me after less than a year of light use. On paper it was amazing but I feel completely duped.

It can do 1080p, no problem. I have owned this tablet/laptop as well as a Dell Venue 8 Pro (Same processor family). It's not the fastest CPU but it's adequate for most things.
