Chicago is interested? If Thibs can improve Stephenson's character...

    ...he'll be worth every penny.

I'd be willing to bet there exactly 0 NBA decision makers that agree with that statement.

Oh dear God, good thing we have Morey as GM instead of you. What the hell would Lance's role be on our team? Spending $12 million a year on a back up for Harden?

Even for the right team, Lance is not worth more than $10 million per, MAX. This Indy offer reflects his value pretty well. His value as a player might in fact diminish on a different team.

Lance is a better player, at his best. He a way bigger risk, however.

Pure talent and knuckleheadedness both factor in to any offers for Lance.

Not true for Chandler Parsons or other non-knuckleheads

I think he could put up impressive numbers on a bad team. He has the skillset, physical talent and aggressive attitude.

But will he play defense, will he stagnate offense, will he hurt the locker room? If he leaves, I suspect he'll become this generation's Corey Maggette.

    We'll see soon enough.

They would run Hill as a 2-guard?
    The lineup just got worse.

I would say they should keep Lance. I mean they made it to the conference finals last year with that team. Cavs/Heat aren't as strong as the original Heat big three. They have a legitimate chance to make the finals now.

why the f is phoenix giving up on gogi? do they feel it's redundant to have him and bledsoe? because unlike lowry, gogi can play off the ball.

    now my garm mode opinion..
hey Zorgan dragic, guess that 4th year player option was all for not. should have stayed in houston, brozef!

We should sign lance for whatever cap space we have left and play harden at point. Lance can of course guard the opposing pg. Beverly off the bench as spark plug defender .

    Harden ( 20 ) / Beverly ( 28 )
    Lance (32) / harden ( 13) / ariza (3)
    Parsons (28) / ariza ( 20)
    Jones (28) / parsons (6) / dmo ( 14)
    Dwight (33) / dmo (15)

    Championship baby!

Capella and Johnson etc hone skills in d league

Why would the Suns trade Dragic for Stevenson? They have the cap room to sign him outright since he's unrestricted. Even if they needed to move Dragic they can find another afterwards to get even more assets.

Is he restricted? I would like for him to out 6th man
I'm not going to sit here and wait if Harden is going to bring it and take games off. This guy never takes off. I know he's not as talented as Harden but I want to see some passion and hard work for a change

Yeah that seems really odd. If they really want to free up time for Bledsoe/Thomas and have Lance be the primary guy at the 2, I'm sure they can find a trade partner for Gogi that could fill up other holes.

Yeah. If PHX wants Stephenson they can just sign him outright. No need to give up Dragic unless Indy offers something significant (which they don't have).

We, on the other hand, have tons of good euros and picks. Also a few good young players. Much more likely they deal with us than Indy.

He'll get $48 mil for 4 years. Player option fourth year.
