lamarcus is money from anywhere inside the 3 point line but can he put up double figure rebounds n play timely defense? still like him on this team though.

LMA will be in his prime for at least another 4 years, and it's not like Batum and Lillard are projects, Batum has been in the league for 5 years and Lillard is gonna be RoY, so that's a great core moving forward. And Leonard got a lot of playing time this year and looks to be a solid center.

Would they really trade us their franchise player? After they lost 2 franchise players to injury?

He's a Rockets Killer, not an actual star player. That's the mistake people are making.

His game is too inefficient because it's based around the worst shot in the game and he's not actually elite at making it.

I think his mid range game will be warmly welcomed in the Rockets offence designed around not playing the mid range game.

Pipe dream for players who actually fit the system people

He is a bigger PatPat. No knock on either player btw. Larry Bird once said hat if he were 6'7" instead of 6'9", he would just be an ordinary player. Size does matter trememdously when you don't have elite athleticism.

It's difficult to imagine a scenario in which we could facilitate a trade with Portland. It would probably have to be a three team trade with someone from the East receiving Chandler Parsons and sending back Portland their first round pick.

    Houston Sends

Chandler Parsons, Omer Asik, Terrence Jones, Houston's 2014 first round pick,

    Houston Receives

    Lamarcus Aldridge, Portland's 2015 2nd round pick.

    Portland Sends

    Lamarcus Aldridge, Portland's 2015 2nd round pick.

    Portland Receives

Omer Asik, Terrence Jones, Houston's 2014 first rounder, Brooklyn Nets 2014 first round pick.

    Brooklyn Sends

    Brooklyn's 2014 first round pick

    Brooklyn Receives

    Chandler Parsons

Aldridge would be a huge upgrade to what we have, but that's fine. Go ahead and hate...

I'm not hating, I am huge UT fan but the upgrade is not substantial.
