From what I understand: Lakers out: 2nd pick and Randle Lakers in: Cousins and 6th pick Sacramento out: 6th pick and Cousins Sacramento in: 5th pick and Vucevic Orlando out: Vucevic and fifth pick Orlando in: 2nd pick and Randle I may be wrong but this general framework would make sense with the reported interested the Magic have in Porzingis and the 76ers leaking info that they are high on him. Hinkie could be a low-key winner in this with Orlando taking Porzingis and Okafor falling to Philly. Interesting.

Kings are also making Stauskas available as well: <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Kings are making guard <a href="https://twitter.com/NStauskas11">@NStauskas11</a> available via trade, reports <a href="https://twitter.com/KBergCBS">@KBergCBS</a>.</p>— NBA Legion (@MySportsLegion) <a href="https://twitter.com/MySportsLegion/status/613096958421504000">June 22, 2015</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
I wouldn't mind getting a piece of the action to bring in Stauskus. Boy can shoot lights out on the catch. We could use a guy like him
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Still in talks but initially sounds like Kings get 5 pick, Vucevic, & other picks, Magic get 2nd pick & take Okafor, Lakers get Cousins & 6.</p>— Probasketballdraft (@Probballdraft) <a href="https://twitter.com/Probballdraft/status/613097390527025152">June 22, 2015</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
This doesn't make sense for the Kings. They'd have to get way more other picks. They'd be better off just taking Randle and the #2 pick for Cousins. Then they'd have Randle, #2 and #6. Something may happen, but the deal needs to change a lot, imo. The Orlando play here is also weird. No, Vucevic isn't going to be a KD or Lebron level player. But he's signed to a great contract and produces.
BTW, I wonder what George Karl is thinking right about now. At his age, there's no way he wanted to walk into a rebuilding situation.
At least with Garnett to Boston you have a team from the West trading to the East. This scenario though...I mean I can see it from all sides working out... The only one holding it up is if the Kings believe Cousins is their future. If I'm the Kings I do this. Cousins is going to bolt when he can any ways.
They have Cousins locked up for three more years. They need to give it at least one more year... though could theoretically give it a year and half to 2, though they'll obviously lose some trade leverage once it's down to just a year left.
Resign DMO, trade for Stauskas, draft Gudaitis. All we'll need to do next is change our team colors to green and yellow and rename to Lithuania.
