i remember when that kid was just sitting on his coach asking about tactics to call of duty on his twitter account... now he is all 'growed' up. =)

Exactly. This is what makes the Harden trade even better.

People who were really paying attention this offseason understood that the Raptors had a legit shot at a 6-8 seed in the East.

Doesn't mean the Raptors are world beaters or anything. Just that the East is that bad, and that Toronto has gotten just slightly better enough.

Morey knows his stuff. 8/10 would definitely bang.

 

That just means that OKC won't get the pick this year. I would really start sweating if Toronto keeps being good for the next few years and keeps the pick in the mean time, then become very bad during the unprotected phase. Oh well, I'm happy with Harden .

they'll just overpay him. It's been a trend lately, George Hill, Gerald Wallace. Teams sacrifice a good pick to get a solid vet, and then they can't cut the cord and commit themselves.
He'll be eligible for 100 mil + / 5 years, btw...

Man Lowry and DeRozan are quite the backcourt tandem. It will be a fun matchup to watch when we play against them.

The Raptors GM will probably give Lowry a max extension when he needs to be re-upped, considering he gave someone like DeRozan 10m/year. Good for Lowry lol.
