Amazing enough to make Brooks expendable?

Kyle as Rockets starter this season:

    10,6 points + 8 assists + 4 rebounds + 2 steals + 2,6 turnovers with 47.7 - 40 - 72.7 line ;)

Pretty impressive. this is what a one breakout game can do ;)

It's time to trade to Brooks for something that actually improves the team.

The ast/to ratio, 2 steals, and 47% are awesome, but it's the 40% 3 point shooting that impresses me the most. He keeps that up and Brooks really is expendable.

If he can shoot a solid percentage from 3, Daryl Morey has struck gold...

    Come to me Demarcus Cousins...

I would say don't trade Brooks, Lowry still needs to prove he can shoot well through the entire season before we can come to a conclusion....

AB getting injured, and Ish looking like a pg with something to prove is probably pretty good motivation to play well also.

No, as I have said all along we need them both.

Because if one is off, the other can still play well, the team loses almost every time when they are both off.

If Kyle could do that consistently then YES....of course Brooks would be expendable....but it was a career night for Kyle, let's hope he keeps it up.

Ish has NOT been playing well for a couple weeks. Yes, he has potential. But, he is a rookie that doesn't know quite what to do with his quickness. His inexperience shows up in our half court sets very badly. And there is one consistent theme to this recent run of games. When Lowry is out and Ish is in, the point spread goes against us.

At the end of the day when AB gets back it will be great if they can send Ish to the Vipers to work it out.

Yeah, Smith has been looking a bit over his head and more than a little out of control, at times. Could definitely use some Viper time to work on his game, as DD mentioned after your post.
